METHOD OF RESERVATION: Individual Reservations
Individual attendees will make reservations for the Event directly with the hotel. To make reservations guests can call the hotel directly at 1-757-471-3982 and tell them you are with our group or use the link for online group reservations to receive the special group rate before the cut-off date.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Guests may check-in any time after 4:00 pm and must check-out no later than 11:00 am.
PARKING:
The Holiday Inn provides complimentary parking pass for registered guests, one car per sleeping room. Unregistered guests attending functions are not guaranteed parking in the Hotel parking facilities. If necessary, alternate parking for functions is located on a lot on 9th Street. NOTE: If you have a parking pass you don't need, please give it to the retreat organizers!
